Who is guiding
you on this
journey?
Not a theorist. Not a motivation coach with standard recipes. Someone who knows first-hand what it feels like to not quite be in the right place in their own life.
I guide this process not only professionally — but from lived experience.
For many years I had everything that is commonly regarded as success. And yet I often felt deeply uneasy. I could not quite understand why, and frequently felt at a loss. By early 2017 things came to a head: frequent illness, overwork and exhaustion, along with a persistent undercurrent of unease, led me to a conclusion: I need to change something.
On my journey I freed myself from old patterns of thinking and behaviour, compulsions, outdated values, and others' expectations — without losing my professional security or social grounding.
Today I live the life I wanted for so long without quite being able to grasp it: I have the freedom to do what feels right to me, I treat everyone with respect and care, I feel authentic, honest, and at peace with myself — and I feel safe in my social environment and within myself.
My experience is not a template, but a foundation of trust. It shows that change does not have to carry great risk. It can connect the proven with the new.
What I believe.
These principles determine how I work — and who I work with. They are not marketing; they are my compass.
Every person holds the answers within themselves.
My task is not to tell you what to do. It is to help you hear what you already know.
Honesty is care.
I tell you what I perceive — even when it is uncomfortable. False validation helps no one. Real clarity does.
Change needs time and space.
I do not believe in quick fixes. Deep change comes slowly, honestly, and with accompaniment.
Life is not a project.
Efficiency is not a good measure of a fulfilling life. Some important questions cannot be optimised — they must be sat with.
Confidentiality is taken for granted.
What is said between us stays between us. This is not a platitude — it is the foundation of our working relationship.
I work with few. But fully.
I always accompany only a limited number of clients simultaneously. This way I can give you the attention this work deserves.
Training & Experience.
I worked for over 15 years as a management consultant. Both in my role as project leader and as a consultant at clients, I frequently coached project team members as well as executives and staff. Later I was a division head at a small consulting firm, where my leadership style was to empower my team through intensive coaching to carry out their responsibilities fully. Today my wish is to work primarily with private clients.
To that end I am currently completing the ICF-accredited Integral Coach training programme at Coaching Center Berlin. If there is one thing I have learned, it is that I learn something new in every coaching conversation and continue to develop. That is my philosophy as a coach.
I live and work in Leipzig, speak German and English, and accompany clients throughout the EU — primarily online, but also in person in Leipzig, and by arrangement in hybrid formats in Berlin and Munich.
My clients are not people in crisis. They are successful, reflective individuals — who sense that there is more, and are looking for someone to help them find it.
Online Coaching
Online coaching with clients from across the EU. In-person appointments are available in Leipzig. Hybrid formats with clients in Berlin and Munich are available on request.
German & English
I accompany clients in both languages — for people who express themselves more freely in English or live in an international context.
A Right of Your Own — Signature
The programme born from my own story: a holistic process for people who want to realign their lives in their own way.
