The life that
feels right.
For people who — by all outward appearances — have achieved everything, yet feel inwardly: there is still more.
Coaching is not advice.
It is a mirror.
Coaching is professional guidance through personal or professional processes of change and development. It is neither therapy nor consulting. It is a structured process that helps you find your own answers — not mine.
Coaching is about recognizing inner patterns, gaining clarity about your own values and needs, making conscious decisions, and developing new skills that will have an impact beyond the coaching process.
Coaching looks ahead. Not to the past — but toward what you want for your life.
"Many of my clients have achieved a great deal in their lives. And yet they feel they are in the wrong place. Coaching helps to understand this difference — and to change it."
— Philipp Makeschin
Don't coaches tell you what to do?
No. A coach accompanies, questions, reflects, and challenges. You are the expert on your own life — I am your process facilitator. That is the decisive difference.
General coaching.
And what goes beyond.
No group workshops, no self-help programmes. Individual guidance that truly responds to your needs.
Space for clarity, inner strength, and conscious change.
Sometimes we feel that things are no longer right the way they are. Perhaps you find yourself between two phases of life. Maybe you are exhausted, feel unbalanced, or blocked inside. Perhaps you are facing a decision and don't know how to make the right choice for yourself.
In coaching, I offer you a safe, non-judgmental space where you can honestly confront yourself and your life. You decide which topics you wish to explore. You set your own pace. I accompany you as you find your own answers — free from ready-made solutions.

By all outward
appearances you have
done everything
right. And yet
something is missing.
You are professionally successful. Financially secure. Socially respected. And yet there is this persistent, quietly powerful thought: "Surely this can't be all there is."
I do not see this phase as a midlife crisis. I see it as an invitation. A gift to consciously question your life and realign it — more authentically, more honestly, more in tune with who you truly are.
Explore the method →Recognise belief systems
Understand which beliefs have carried you so far — and which are now limiting you. We make them visible and open to change.
Understand true needs
Recognise your genuine needs, take them seriously, and work with them — rather than against them.
Envision new life designs
Imagine new ways of living without abandoning what gives you security. Find your path that connects freedom and stability.
Free. Connected. Secure.
Develop the courage to shape your life more consciously — in your own way. What are you waiting for?
Perhaps for you.
My clients are not people without direction. They are successful, reflective individuals — who sense that something is missing, and have the courage to find out what.
Successful — but not fulfilled
Things are going well professionally. Perhaps even very well. And yet there is that quiet feeling: this isn't it. I wonder whether this is all there is.
At a crossroads
An important life phase is approaching — a career change, a separation, a new chapter. The next step is unclear. There is no capacity to find your way.
Ready for more meaning
You know there is more. Not more achievement — but more alignment between what you do and who you are.
Why I do what I do.
2017 was a turning point. I was overworked, exhausted, and felt trapped in a life I hadn't truly chosen — one that had simply happened to me. Good on the outside, empty on the inside.
I freed myself from old patterns of thinking, layer by layer. It was not a dramatic break — it was a slow, honest process of self-reflection. And in the end I found a life that feels like mine: free, connected, secure.
This experience has fundamentally shaped my work as a coach. I know how it feels — and I know there is another way.
